To support Queensland’s recent graduates to successfully transition to employment, the Queensland government is offering free training in high priority areas. At Venture Education students can study a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care, fee free traineeship*, meet the criteria. An additional option of a free Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care is offered through a free apprenticeship*.

Eligible graduates must enrol and start training at the end of 2024 or early 2025, to take advantage of this great opportunity.

This is the entry level qualification for anyone who wants to work in the childcare industry. You’ll learn about the fundamentals of early childhood development, education and care the role of workers in a range of early childhood education settings.

  1. Graduate from school this year, enrol and start an apprenticeship, traineeship or training with an approved training provider in a high priority qualification by 18 December, 2024.
